LSEV USA Corp (“LSEV,” “we,” or “us”) operates a service that offers certain products to customers for Demo and rental/subscription purposes (the “Services”). LSEV respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data when you access and use our Services, and outlines your rights and choices regarding your Personal Data. This policy applies to information collected by us through any means, including through our websites and our social media pages (collectively, “Sites”), from customers who participate in our Demo programs and from customers who obtain Services from us.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not register with or use our Services. By registering with or using our Services, you agree to this policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Section 9, Changes to this Policy). Your registration and continued use of our Services provided after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

1.     INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide to Us Directly

  • Creating an Account. If you create an account through our website or customer portal, you will provide your name and email address.
  • Demo Enrollments and Subscriptions. If you enroll in a Demo, you will typically provide your name, telephone number, email address, equipment type, delivery address, start and end date of Demo period, payment information, billing address, and age. We use this information to provide you with Demo products and related Services any may also use this information to create a customer profile for you to help us identify products, information, or Services you may want or need.
  • Automatic Subscription Conversion. For customers enrolled in Demo programs, we will use your contact information to send advance notices regarding automatic conversion of your Demo to a paid subscription, including information about Demo end dates, recurring payment amounts, and instructions on how to cancel or return Demo products.
  • Credit and Identity Verification. To verify your eligibility for our Services and to prevent fraud, we may conduct soft credit inquiries and identity verification checks. These inquiries will not impact your credit score and are visible only to you. You authorize us to obtain this information from consumer reporting agencies and relevant third parties for purposes of fraud prevention, identity verification, eligibility determination, and account monitoring.
  • Promotions and Newsletter. By signing up for our promotions or newsletter, you provide your name, email address and telephone number, which we use to send product updates, news, and event information.
  • Contacting Us. When you contact us, we may collect your email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide. Calls may be recorded.
  • Product and Service Improvement. We may request survey feedback, collecting information like your age range, equipment preferences, and likelihood of recommending our Services. This helps us improve our offerings.
  • Website and Online Services. We collect information from your browser (e.g., IP address, geolocation, browser history) to improve and secure our website and online services, and to detect and prevent unlawful activities.
  • Account and Relationship Management. We may use any or all of the information described in this section to service your account with us or to manage any contractual relationships we may have with you.

We do not request or collect any sensitive information about you (i.e., Personal Data specifying political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or information pertaining to personal or intimate details of an individual’s life).

Information Indirectly Collected from You

When you access to and use our Sites, we also receive certain technical data automatically (described below, collectively “Technical Information”), including:

·        Cookies & Similar Technologies. We and our Services Providers may use cookies and similar technologies to manage our Services, collect information about you and your use of the Services. These technologies help us to recognize you, customize or personalize your experience, market additional products or services to you, and analyze the use of our Services to make them safer and more useful to you. You may block or remove cookies using your Internet browser’s settings. However, this may limit certain functionality on our Sites.

·        Do Not Track. This is a privacy setting that users can enable in certain web browsers. If turned on, this setting requests that websites do not track information about users. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings or signals.

·        Traffic Data. We automatically track and collect general log information when you visit our website, including your: (a) Internet Protocol (IP) address; (b) domain server; (c) operating system; (d) type of web browser; and (e) the pages you visit on our website (collectively “Traffic Data”). We use the Traffic Data to report aggregated website activity and to better understand the needs of our users so we can make informed decisions regarding the content and design of our website. We may collect Traffic Data through various technologies, including, but not limited to, cookies, IP addresses, and pixel tags. While it is not our practice to link IP addresses to your Personal Data, we reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a user when it is necessary to protect the compelling interest of our website, customers or others, or to comply with laws, court orders, or law enforcement requests.

2.     HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will only use Personal Data that we collect about you or that you provide to us in accordance with applicable law to:

·        Provide, maintain, and facilitate the Services offered to you, which are governed by our Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, processing your Demo enrollment and managing automatic conversion to paid subscriptions, verifying your identity and eligibility through credit inquiries and identity verification checks, and processing your payments.

·        Communicate with you for non-marketing purposes, including by sending you Services-related emails, notifications, and other messages.

·        Send you marketing communications, where you have signed up to receive them.

·        Create and administer your account on the Sites.

·        Prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms and Conditions, unlawful or criminal activity, unauthorized access to or use of Personal Data or our Sites, to protect our rights and the rights of others, and to meet legal, governmental, and institutional policy obligations.

·        Investigate and resolve disputes and security issues.

·        Debug, identify, and repair errors that impair existing functionality.

·        Improve our Services and conduct research.

·        De-identify personal data.

·        Enforce our Terms and Conditions and similar terms and agreements.

3.     DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restrictions. We may disclose Personal Data that we collect or that you provide in the following situations:

  • Service Providers. We may disclose Personal Data to third-party vendors, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf (“Service Providers”). For example, we may contract with Service Providers to provide certain services, such as delivery, payment processing, credit verification, identity verification, or collection services. We only provide our Service Providers with Personal Data necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Service Providers may only use the Personal Data they obtain from us or collect on our behalf to provide services to us.
  • Business Transfers. If we are acquired by, or merged with, another entity, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another entity, as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, or if we are evaluating or negotiating any such transaction, we may transfer, or make available, the Personal Data we have collected from you to the other or resulting legal entity.
  • Legal Process. We also may disclose the Personal Data we collect from you to comply with applicable laws and regulations, a government investigation, a judicial proceeding, a court order, or other legal process (such as in response to a subpoena); or to respond to discovery requests or present evidence in a legal proceeding.
  • To Protect Us and Others. We also may disclose the Personal Data we collect from you where we believe such disclosure is needed to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, suspected violations of this policy, or suspected violations of any applicable terms and conditions, including recovery of unreturned Demo products or collection of amounts owed.
  • Aggregated and De-Identified Information. We may share aggregate or de-identified Personal Data with our service providers and/or affiliated companies for marketing, advertising, research, or similar purposes.
  • Sharing of Personal Information. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties.
  • Opting Out of Text Messages. You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from LSEV at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
  • Consent and Opt-In. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive, including Demo end notifications, subscription conversion notices, payment reminders, and return deadline alerts.

4.     AGE RESTRICTION

Our Sites and our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Further, we do not knowingly collect, disclose, sell or share any Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our Sites, make any purchases through Services, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If you become aware that an individual under 18 has provided personally identifiable information without parental consent, please contact us at reserve@mooov.ai. If we become aware that we have collected or received Personal Data from an individual under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

5.     YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.

  • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Sites or Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow us to collect and use location information about your device's location through your device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Sites or Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Promotions and Newsletters. If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt out by unsubscribing your email address from the communication. You can also always opt out by logging into the Sites and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to reserve@mooov.ai.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

6.     ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can review and change your Personal Data by logging into the Sites and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at reserve@mooov.ai to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Data except by also deleting your account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

7.     DATA RETENTION AND DATA LIFECYCLE

We retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes and criteria outlined in this policy. This includes, without limitation, retaining information necessary to manage Demo programs, process subscription conversions, handle returns, collect amounts owed, and comply with legal obligations. When the Personal Data collected is no longer required by us, we and our Service Providers will perform the necessary procedures for destroying, deleting, erasing, or converting it into an anonymous form as permitted or required under applicable laws.

8.     SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. We have put in place physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data, including encryption, passwords, and firewalls. Despite these efforts, please understand that no system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, theft, misuse, or loss of data will not occur. Please notify us immediately at reserve@mooov.ai of any incident involving Personal Data in our custody or control.

The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

9.     CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update our policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and through a notice on the home page of our Sites. The date the policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this policy to check for any changes.
