Q: How do I return my product after the Demo ends?
The return process depends on your selected plan:
7-Day Demo (In-Store): Please return the device to our physical location by the end of the business day on your final demo date. No shipping is required.
Two-Week Demo (Shipping): We will email you a prepaid return shipping label 7 days before your demo ends. Simply drop off the package at the designated carrier location during your demo period.
30-Day Demo: As per our standard policy, we will email your return label 10 days before the demo ends. You have a 3-day grace period after the demo month to drop it off.
Q: What happens if I forget to return the product? To ensure uninterrupted service, our system is designed for "Auto-Renewal":
Demo Plans: If the product is not returned or dropped off within the return window, your plan will automatically transition into a Monthly Subscription, and you will be charged the standard monthly rate.
Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
Q: How do I cancel my Monthly Subscription?
Our Monthly Subscriptions have a 2-month minimum commitment. To cancel, please contact us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle begins.
Q: Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes. We require all returns to be sent back in the original box to ensure the safety of the high-tech hardware. If you have misplaced or damaged your original packaging, please contact us immediately to purchase a replacement box before your return date.
